    Our FED Kitchen Chef will source fresh ingredients, prepare, and cook your delicious and gourmet meals.

    We provide a tasty and nutritious meal service to complement your goals and lifestyle!

  • Select Your Meals

    Choose a minimum of 5 meals, from any of our menus.

    • Get 5% off when you add 10 meals to your order.
    • Get 10% off when you add 20 meals to your order.

  • Pick-up Your Meals

    Your meals will be ready for pick-up on Sunday or Monday.

    • Orders placed by 12:00 noon on Thursday will be ready for pick-up on Sunday or Monday.
    • Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Thursday will skip the current week and be prepared for the next weekend

  • Enjoy Your Meals!

    Meals are ready to enjoy.

    • Microwave for 90-120 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
    • Alternately, heat in a stovetop pan for 5-7 minutes on medium heat
    • Meals will keep nicely for 5 days if kept refrigerated below 4°C.
