How does meal prep work at FED Kitchen?

Customers place their orders before 12:00 noon on Thursdays. We determine the precise amount of protein and produce required for the week and source the freshest ingredients available. Since all meals are made to order, there is minimal waste. Pickups are currently available on Sundays and Mondays each week.

We prepare your meals using a variety of culinary techniques to optimize freshness and quality.

One of our favourite cooking methods is sous-vide precision water bath cooking for lean proteins which results in juicy and tender meats that don't dry out when you reheat them. The precise temperature control of the sous vide method ensures that the meat is cooked evenly throughout. Sous vide is an excellent cooking method for those who want consistent, high-quality results every time.
